How much are the packages?
Pricing and package options will be discussed during your consultation, as I tailor my recommendations based on your specific goals and needs. Once we explore what you're looking to achieve, I'll suggest a package that's the right fit for you. I'm confident we'll find an option that works.
Will you have time to coach me?
I have a very busy schedule - Coaching is a commitment, and finding time goes both ways. I ask my clients to prioritise their sessions just as I do. While most of my clients have regular time slots, I do my best to accommodate changes when needed. I work throughout the week, so we'll find a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Will I be on a diet?
Achieving meaningful results requires dedication and commitment. Rather than putting clients on a strict diet, I focus on creating lasting, sustainable changes to nutrition. Your meal plan will be tailored to your preferences and lifestyle, ensuring it's both effective and manageable. You'll also receive ongoing support, with adjustments made as needed to keep you on track.
How often do I need to train?
There's no set number of sessions required, but training just once or twice a week may not be enough to achieve your goals efficiently. Generally, the more sessions you commit to, the quicker and more noticeable your results will be. Your progress also depends on whether you're comfortable training on your own outside of our sessions. A great starting point is three sessions per week, but like anything, the more effort you put in, the greater the results. I'll work with you to determine the ideal training frequency that aligns with your lifestyle and goals.
I'm really nervous. Will I be able to match the intensity required?
It's completely normal to feel nervous, but remember - progress comes with effort. Transformations require commitment and a willingness to be coached in order to get the most out of your sessions. While every session can be adapted all levels, that doesn't mean it will be easy. My job is to push you beyond what you think you're capable of - both physically and mentally. With the right guidance and effort, you'll start achieving significant results within just a few weeks of your programme.
What support will I receive outside of sessions?
You'll have direct access to me via my personal WhatsApp, so I'm always just a message away. I also offer regular Zoom calls, which can be scheduled as needed. I'll make sure you're never left in the dark, providing the guidance and support you need to stay on track with your transformation, even outside of the gym.
